Warm and Toasty

Today marks day 2 of the great blizzard of 2006...The airport is closed till tomorrow at noon, roads are closed and snow is everywhere.
We are hoping that we can still leave tomorrow for our Christmas visit to WA to see Steve's family but if we can't, we will still find a way...
Earlier this week we got some gifts from Aunt Geri and Grandma Janet and great, great grandma Wilma. We thought it would be ok to go ahead and open them...
"Little Wildcat"
She liked the shiny paper.

"Little princess"
It is so strange to think that at this time last year we told our family that we were expecting and I was soooo sick...this year I will be able to enjoy food!

Long days

Here are more pics I took

Everyone is entitled to a pity party once in a while...right? I told Steve that I've felt like a single mom for the past 6 days, but it's not his fault. I guess I forgot how nice it is to have someone else to talk to and to help with the baby. On Tuesday I went to pick up our family photos and after I got there I found a flat tire. Lucky for me I had my handy dandy air pump but I basically ruined the tire. So Wed. off to the Tire place....and guess what, it's not under warranty so all that hard work Steve's been doing will pay for a new TIRE YEA!
Now on to "THE BABY"
...she was being so rotten on Tuesday that Steve came home to a wife in tears.
BUT I have to say that yesterday was better and today has been great (so far). I went this morning to have the new tire put on, made some cookies and I actually have dinner cooking in the oven.
Looks like hubby just got home! Hope everyone is having a great day!
Till next time

Snow, snow go away!

Steve has been working really hard this week and I've had lots of time to myself. BUT instead of maybe getting things done around the house I've been too busy doing this..
She kept spitting up on all the cute outfits I had her in.

Here she is in the cute hat Shelly gave her and the outfit Aunt Geri got her.

Our weekend went well and I made it through most of Stake Conf. with her (I had to feed her and of course a lot came back out and landed on me) and this week we are going to pickup our family pictures from JCPenney's. It will be nice when this week is over and we can spend more time with Steve.
