Being Showered

Last week was very eventful…I had a birthday and a baby shower. For my birthday Steve took me to spend the night in Cherry Creek and even made me a birthday cake from scratch. (It was delicious; I think he should do all the cooking, hee hee). My baby shower was also really neat. I could tell Shelly and Leia put a lot of time and effort in it and it turned out beautifully. My mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and bro-in-law also surprised me by sending the baby some very cute gifts and a quilt. Even one of my best friends flew in from Texas to surprise me. I had no idea Lisa would be there, my friends are so sneaky. I’m very lucky to have the friends I do and I want them to know how much I appreciate it.
